How to Verify Position Code via Workforce Structures in Oracle

Verifying a Position Code via Workforce Structures

1. Log in to Oracle
2. Click on My Client Groups
   Click Workforces Structures Tile
3. Click on Manage Positions
   
4. Enter Position Name in Name field
   ​​​​​​​Click Search
   
5. Look at the Incumbent column to find vacancies. Blanks = vacant. 
   Verify Position Code in the Position Column

Tips for searching: the search function defaults to "Starts With" which will only bring up positions that start with the name you search. To expand your search, select "Advanced" and change the Name drop down to "Contains" and then search.
