You will see a ‘Welcome to signNow!’ email as your user account is added. (You can ignore this email as it is NOT needed in order to set up your account.)
Click on the signNow app once it becomes available in Microsoft Apps.
When you click on the signNow app, you will be directed to a login page. You should receive an email immediately following that login attempt asking you to verify your email.
Click on the “Verify your email” button in that email to begin using the tools.
In addition to the tutorials available to you within signNow, IT will be opening some targeted trainings for folks in the near future. Under your account icon in the upper right corner, in the drop-down menu, you will see ‘Starter Tutorials’ that you can view and learn from. Over the next couple of months, the IT team will be working with individual departments and groups to migrate your existing templates and documents to signNow.
