How to View Compensation for Reports in Oracle

My Team: Compensation

1. Log into Oracle
2. Click on the My Teams tab
3. Click "Show More" on the left hand navigation bar
   
4. Under the Compensation Heading, click the Team Compensation tile
   
5. This page will show you the current salary of each of your employees as well as the salary range for the positions they are in and the comp-ratio for each. To view each of your direct reports heir direct reports, you’ll see all the same information for each of those employees.
