Accu-Time Timeclock Guide

Accu-Time updated our time clocks on Thursday, April 11, 2024. This is an important update that is intended to reduce the amount of time and effort that supervisors are spending amending timecards. The update will add two new screens to the timeclocks:

  • One for choosing your job
  • One for choosing your time type 

Once the updates have been added, it’s important that you choose a job and a time type both when you clock in and when you clock out. Failure to do so will cause data breakdowns that your supervisor will need to correct.

Below are images of the two new timeclock screens. You will enter your Employee ID to start the clock-in and clock-out processes, as you always have. The second screen will prompt you to enter a job.  The third screen will prompt you for a time type.  Please make sure that you complete these steps each time you clock in and clock out.  If you do not know your time type, please check with your supervisor prior to the updates being applied.
