How to Access Performance Documents in Oracle

Performance Documents for Employees

Log in to Oracle. For assistance logging into Oracle please refer to Accessing Oracle.
Click on Me, then on the ‘Career and Performance’ tile.

Click on the Performance tile.

All your past and current Performance Documents will be displayed here. Click on the Performance Document you want to access – i.e. 2025 Mid-Year Conversations.

You’ll be taken directly into the Performance Document. Complete the questions and review.
Oracle will auto-save your work every 5 minutes. If you prefer – you can type your responses into Word first and then copy/paste them into Oracle. Once completed with your questionnaire, click the Submit button.

Performance Documents for Managers

Log in to Oracle. For assistance logging into Oracle please refer to Accessing Oracle.
Click on My Team, then on the Performance tile.

By default – Oracle will show Performance Documents where there is a task currently assigned to you. To see all current In Progress Performance Documents (regardless of current task), remove the ‘Current Task Owner’ filter. Click on the Performance Document you want to access – i.e. 90-Day Introductory Check-In.

To see your employee’s responses, scroll down to the Employee’s Questionnaire section – you no longer need to expand the section to see their responses. Once completed with your questionnaire, click the Submit button.

Once completed with your questionnaire, click the Submit button.
*Remember* to use the back arrow to return to the previous page if you are not ready to submit the evaluation.
