Signing into Avaya Workplace

To sign into the Avaya Workplace application, please ensure:

1.     You are off the city network (use home wifi / public wifi / Verizon hotspot / etc).

2.     You are not connected to the Zscaler VPN.

If you are connected to the city network, you will receive an error message.


Steps to sign in:

Step 1. Double-click on the Avaya Workplace shortcut.

Step 2. Click Configure my account.

Step 3. Enter your City of Greeley email address, then press Next.

Step 4. Enter your City of Greeley email address as your username, and enter your computer logon password, then press Next.

Step 5. You may either skip the tutorial or read through it. Most of the tutorial is not currently used by the City of Greeley.

  • Making a Call:
    • Press the keypad button, enter the phone number, and press the call button.
      • Remember to dial 6 to dial external phone numbers!
