Connecting to Wi-Fi Networks

Connecting to Wi-Fi Networks

City owned computers should automatically connect to the city's protected Wi-Fi network (COG_Wireless), if your computer is having issues connecting to this network please submit a ticket here: https://greeleygov.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/300/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=3460.

The following steps will help you connect to the city's guest Wi-Fi network or your own home Wi-Fi network.

Steps (via Taskbar Icon)

  • Quickly connect using the Connection Status Taskbar Icon

    • Click on the Connection Status Icon on the taskbar, it should look like a globe or a Wi-Fi icon. This will open a popup window with various connection options, starting with Wi-Fi. Click the arrow next to the Wi-Fi icon.

Once you select a network it will expand with a Connect button. Clicking this button will connect you to the network.
