Reviewing Applications in Oracle
Please see attachment (bottom right) to download and print this guide
- Log in to Oracle
- Click on "My Team"
- Click "Hiring" tile
- Click on the requisition title of the posting for which you want to review applications
- Click on "Active Applications"
- To view an application, click on a candidate’s name
Click on the ‘carrots’ on the right to expand and view categories like "Work History" and "Education"
- To view resumes, click on "Attachments" on the left hand sideYou can view in "Preview" mode (above) or change the drop down to "List" and download the attachments by clicking the download buttons
- To reject a candidate, select the check box next to their name, click the actions drop down, and select “Move.”
- Under "Details", the phase will default to new, and the state will default to "application under consideration".
Change the STATE to "Rejected by Employer"
Click "Save and Close"
NOTE: Once you reject a candidate, it will automatically email notify them that they are no longer under consideration. Be sure to only reject those who you no longer wish to consider.
To Reactivate a Candidate
- Clear the "active" filter, then click on the candidates name
- In the upper right corner, click the actions drop down and select return to prior phase/state
- When the warning window pops up, click "Yes"
- Candidate will return to the prior phase and state of new, applications received
