How to Review and Change 457 of 401K Plans in Oracle

Reviewing and Changing 457 or 401k Plans

1. Log in to Oracle
2. Navigate to the Me tab and choose the Benefits tile
3. Directly under your name select the Make Changes button 
4. This will bring you to a page that shows all names and relations of any beneficiaries you may have. No action needed, select Continue button 
   
5. This page will allow you to select an Edit button for Retirement Savings Plans. You may see this screen two different ways
   1. You may see the specific benefit (457 or 401k) with a blue check mark near the name. If so, select the Pencil icon to edit
      
   2. If you do not see the specific benefit with a blue checkmark, you will need to select the box next to the benefit you are editing
      You will now be able to update and edit the % amount you would like to have deducted from your check. Once entered, select OK
6. Select Continue
7. Select Submit
   
   Your request is now active and will be changed for the next available payroll
