Onboard/Transfer Employee

What Is It?

Generate a ticket to get an account set up or reactivated for new or returning employees. Requires new employee's name, position, start date, office location, and the name of another employee who has the permissions and access this employee will need (such as access to shared files, shared mailboxes, special applications, etc.)
