How to Use the My Team Tile in Oracle

My Team Tile

The My Team Tile allows you to do and see many things related to your employees – including a list of all the employees that report to you, compensation, goals and performance appraisals, hiring, on boarding and off-boarding employees.​​​​​​​

 

  1. Log in to Oracle
  2. From the homepage screen, click on My Teams on navigation bar.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

  4. Next to a direct report, hover over the ellipses. When you click these, a menu pops up with various options that you can view and in some cases, edit

  5. If you click on a report's name, it will bring up basic information. You can click the Show More button on the left navigation bar and it will open other information you can explore.
