Introductory Period Check-In Questions

The evaluation questions are designed to be a quick pulse check on the employee experience - Promoting transparency and meaningful dialogue through structured reflection. They will foster the ability for supervisors to have conversations with their employees to ensure they have everything they need to be successful in their new role.

Employee Questions:

  • What is going well?
  • What questions do you have about expectations?
  • What areas do you believe need improvement?
  • Name two things (or more) that you would like additional training/support on:
  • Are there any tools or resources that you need that you do not currently have?
  • How can your manager support you?

Manager Questions:

  • What is going well?
  • Areas that need improvement:
  • How have you supported your employee?
  • Expectations moving forward:
  • Do you have any additional feedback for your employee?
