Terminating an Employee
**Terminating an employee will end
all
of the employee's assignments. If you need to end
one
assignment, please submit a ticket to the
HR Helpdesk
. If an employee is transferring to a new role/department, you do
NOT
need to terminate the employee.**
Log in to Oracle
Go to “My Team” on the navigation bar and click on the My Team Tile
Select Termination from the quick actions menu.
Click direct report's name to terminate.
Fill out the information thoroughly in the termination form.
Revoke user access.
Upload resignation letter to Optional Comments & Attachments.
Review the information and then click Submit
After submitting, the termination will go to Human Resources for approval.
