Terminating an Employee

**Terminating an employee will end all of the employee's assignments. If you need to end one assignment, please submit a ticket to the HR Helpdesk. If an employee is transferring to a new role/department, you do NOT need to terminate the employee.**
  1. Log in to Oracle
  2. Go to “My Team” on the navigation bar and click on the My Team TileUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  3. Select Termination from the quick actions menu.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  4. Click direct report's name to terminate.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

  6. Revoke user access.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  7. Upload resignation letter to Optional Comments & Attachments.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  8. Review the information and then click SubmitUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  9. After submitting, the termination will go to Human Resources for approval.
