    1. First, we will walk through the the employee's view.
    2. Open Oracle.

You will automatically receive notifications for your new Introductory Period Journey when you start in a new role.Screenshot of process.
    3. You can also find notifications in the Things to Finish section.

Both the employee and manager will receive notifications like these when it is time to complete a check-in.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
    4. You can click on the Notification to go directly to the Introductory Period Journey.
OR, 
you can get to your Introductory Period Journey at any time by going to the 'Me' tab, selecting the Journeys tile, and clicking on your Intro Period Journey.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
    5. Once in your Journey, you will see the tasks assigned and additional information to support you.

In this case, you will see the 'What is an Introductory Period?' task as well as available Check-Ins for each milestone: 30-days, 90-days, and 6 months.

    6. Expand the task you need to complete.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
    7. Click Start Your Check-In to create your Check-In.

    8. Click Add to create your Check-In.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
    9. Click Template and select the Check-In you want to complete.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
    10. Select the Date you want the Check-In to show. It's recommended to use the current date when completing this action.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
    11. You'll see two questionnaires automatically populate. One each for the Employee and Manager.

    12. Click Schedule to create the Check-In.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
    13. You'll now see the Check-In you just created. Click on it to start completing your questionnaire.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
    14. Click on your Questionnaire

    15. Click View Questionnaire

    16. You can now start completing your check-in.

    17. You can always start and come back to it later by using the Save button.

Once you are complete, click Save.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
    18. When you are ready to share your questionnaire with your Manager, click the Mark as done toggle. It will turn blue when enabled.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
    19. Click Update in the upper-right corner of the screen. 

This will notify your Manager that you've completed your Check-in questionnaire.

If you did not mark your questionnaire as done, you will still be able to come back and edit your responses.

    20. You can come back to this screen to see your manager's responses too.

You will be notified when your manager's responses are available to review.

    21. Once both you and your Manager have met to review your check-in, you can mark the task as Complete in your Journey.

You can get back to your Introductory Period Journey at any time by going to the 'Me' tab and select the Journeys tile.

    22. Click on your Introductory Period Check-Ins journey.

    23. Expand the task by clicking on it.

    24. Click on the Check-In you completed and click Done.

    25. You'll see the icon change to a green check mark for any tasks you complete.

    26. Now you are well on your way to success in your new role!

The rest of this tutorial will show how Managers can initiate and complete their portion of the check-ins.
